In the year or so that the Thumbcast has been around, we've not really had many other writers than Craig and Iain's vitriolic rantings and occasional sentimentalism. But when we have, we've really enjoyed their company - such as Frank Collins' phenomenal piece about Edge of Darkness a few months back.
So we're opening the blog up to potential writers - anyone who has a rant, opinion or comment on the kind of stuff we cover. If you read the site or listen to the podcast, you know what the Thumbcast territory is, and what our standards are (ie quite low).
We're not a rich site, so we can't afford to pay folk. What we can do though is relentlessly plug whatever it is you want to plug to our readers and listeners (and incredibly there's actually a couple of hundred folk out there who do listen to the show).
